Hello,

I’m Irma Coetzer, an artist based in Ceres, South Africa.

My artistic journey began in 2018 when I attended my first art class led by Hannalie Wium, which reignited my creative passion.

I refined my skills in oil painting through a workshop conducted by Dierdre van Staden during my visit to Zastron in the Orange Free State.

I am particularly drawn to the art of colour mixing, utilizing the cosmic colour wheel to enhance my work.

I primarily work with both acrylic and oil paints.

I find great inspiration in painting portraits, animals, and landscapes, which are my favourite subjects.
